Join the Magic Philharmonic Orchestra for an unforgettable evening of Music: A Space Odyssey! On April 1st, at 7 p.m., the King Fine Arts Center in Burley, Idaho, will come alive with music inspired by the wonders of space. From Holst’s majestic Jupiter and iconic scores from Star Wars, Star Trek, and E.T., to the powerful Challenger 7 tribute by John Wesley Gibson, this concert promises a stellar journey through the cosmos.

We’re also featuring beloved pieces from2001: A Space Odyssey, including “Also Sprach Zarathustra” andThe Blue Danube, and music fromApollo 13. Conducted by our guest director, Tim Wood, Burley High School’s own band and orchestra director, this special performance celebrates the Magic Philharmonic’s 42nd season of bringing exceptional music to our community.
